It looks like you were you trying to import to your rated list. In the file you gave me, only a small number of items had a rating, so I'm betting that's it. I can only import items that have a rating entered to your rated list. Items without a rating would be skipped for that list. Watchlist and favourite lists don't have that limitation of course.
I can add some more information about that in the status report to make it more clear why the skipped items were skipped.
After exporting and receiving the e-mail, the attached file that I receive is completely empty except for:
"TMDb ID,IMDb ID,Type,Name,Release Date,Season Number,Episode Number,Rating,Your Rating,Date Rated"
Something wrong?
I'll have to take a look, all of my testing has yielded the proper files. Give me a few. I'd like to verify which list you were exporting, was it your ratings?
It was my watchlist. Thank you for checking on it!
We already support importing IMDb CSV's. Head over to the List Import page.
Letterboxd import is impossible since they don't include IDs in their exports (at least that was the case last time someone asked and gave me an export, that may have changed). Simkl might be possible, no one has ever asked/sent me an example CSV. Do you have one handy you can send me?
With regards to exporting, this was actually on deck for me this week. I am still hoping to start it later today.
Watchlists, ratings and favourites can be exported. Just click the three dots icon. See here. It's the custom lists that don't have an export option yet.
We finally got the list system migrated to the new infrastructure back in November. This is what had to happen to allow us to create the import/export. Just need to prioritize it now.
Iād guess you should see this in the next 2-3 months.

Lists
Let's divide it into 2 groups:
Default Lists
Import - Data can be imported into these lists.
See instructions here https://www.themoviedb.org/settings/import-list
Export - It is now possible to export.
Once on the List page, click on the Gray Round Button with the ellipsis next to the list title.

Custom Lists
Import - It is not yet possible to import data into these lists.
It is part of the plans to implement this feature. See the To-Do list and vote if you wish.

Export - It is not possible to export these lists.
I believe that it is part of the plans to implement this resource.

We finally got the list system migrated to the new infrastructure back in November. This is what had to happen to allow us to create the import/export. Just need to prioritize it now.
Iād guess you should see this in the next 2-3 months.
