S1E09 "Blindspots"

He goes to his ex-informant Ally to ask her help in solving several robberies of dispensaries. There is a complication: in the past he'd slept with her and then left without saying anything. After some recriminations, they talk and she agrees to help. They reconcile in bed and he promises to make up for his past mistakes.

In the end, it was all a ruse. She used the information to steal the robbers' cash (140 grand) and leaves town to start over again.

Will Tan report this theft or will he cover it up, as his involvement with her will then also come to light?

S1E18 "Patrol"

Tan loses his radio and a cheerleader finds it. He doesn't dare report this as a theft and gets extorted for 400 dollars by her.

So it appears that all women, even the younger ones, can easlily twist him around their little finger.
