I liked the first episode enough to keep watching for now.

Reminded me of CHIPs, and the A-Team. Lightweight, for all the gunfights, car chases, explosions and racial and gender diversity. Will be cancelled quickly.

You would think it would be, given the nature of the show.

I really want to love this show, because I love Shemar Moore. Unfortunately, I'm not feeling it. It's not working for me at all. I've attempted to watch every episode, only to fail. I think I've watched two all the way through. The rest...I stopped watching cold right in the middle and ended up deleting the recording.

I'm not one to usually complain. But, here I am...complaining. The scripts are so cliche that I feel like I've been teleported back in time to the 1970's. Might as well be watching old school S.W.A.T.

Shemar Moore is the only reason why I keep coming back. And, that's not even working. 😞

Just watched the first episode and liked it enough to go onto the next one... It is a bit flat in places, but I was looking for something light and stylish and the lack of realism or gratuitous violence is fine with me and the mood I'm in right now. I'll see how episode 2 pans out...

The kitchen? I'm from the Midlands, U.K and I've never been to L.A so I'll take your word on that!

Well I've just watched the 2nd episode (it was good enough that I'll go for 3!) and there was a scene where Hondo was cooking what looked like beans for the family they were protecting... Is that the kitchen or are there others I should be looking out for? Where is NC? *Edit North Carolina! Looks beautiful there in Asheville with the mountains as a backdrop!

What firehouse? You keep throwing stuff in that I'm missing!! But yeah, NC looks like a decent climate, not too hot - that's the only reason I never emigrated to Australia with my sister... I digress... Anyway, as long as the kitchen isn't central to the plot...! As long as you find them interesting!! Yeah I get it's all make believe and nothing like reality, but I just wanted something light after the day I've had...

Nah that's cool - still confused about the firehouse (and kitchens...!) though... Anyway, just starting ep3 so... and as I type Motley Crue's Kickstart My Heart is playing on the show!! Love that band, seen them a bunch and met Vince Neil a couple of years ago (not that you or anyone else is interested!!)

Nice place to retire to or just chill when la la land gets boring or too much...? We've got a few celebs living locally, mostly music people... Birmingham is the birthplace of heavy metal after all! (also Duran Duran...) Shakespeare was born not too far away as well... Anyway, I think we've steered this ship massively off-course!

Freedom, pure and plain. Think Easy Rider, Willie Nelson, truckers. The road, Interstates changed the lifestyle, it's an auto-MOBILE society. Except for those in cities. Yeah that must be awesome, England is pretty small in comparison to America - you could travel from one end to the other in a day and not too much changes! I've got a friend who's currently on day 34 of travelling from Canada down... I think he's in central America right now so not far to go! I suppose with technology being as it is, the whole world is getting smaller!

Yeah, sorry about that! Glad you're liking it, I'm on ep4 and it's going alright... I don't usually have time for tv, so this will do for when I get the chance :)
