This episode is numbered as the 1st episode of season 11 on the official site. So, it should be listed as such.
The word "special" in the title of an episode is not a reason to put it in the special season.

That’s an unfortunate mistake on their part… they announced the “premiere” to air two days ago, marking episode 1 of season 11. IMDB, Fandom, and every other site I check agrees as well. Hope the Adult Swim website fixes the issue soon.

I can give some more background if anyone's interested, since I was the one who made the change.
The episode was originally in the Specials season on TMDb so when I saw that the Adult Swim page was calling it S11E01, I looked up some archives of the page to double-check.
The Archie Special was labeled S11E01 when it premiered in May 2021. It stayed as S11E01 until it left on July 28, 2021. When it returned to the Adult Swim website this week on Sept. 5, it was once again labeled S11E01, with the new episodes starting from S11E02.
Based on this, the Archie Special belongs in season 11.
