The archive page you are giving is from 2020, more than 10 years after the broadcast of the 4th season. So, it's possible that changes occured during this period.
Can you provide us an official listing more closer to the original broadcast date ?

Unfortunately, the earliest snapshot comes from 2014, and the episodes list is the same. This is the most reliable source.
I believe that we should follow official order because we already doing this for other seasons, you see that specials are listed as episodes in seasons, not separate specials - https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/709-robot-chicken/discuss/5fb55ddfe942ee0040cdbae1.
Another idea is to move all specials to Specials like it's done on TVDB.
The episodes listing should be consistent.

The old website is not great. The oldest episode list I've found is here, but the episodes are also in production order.
