Extra Details: Hi. I've noticed recently that some of the miniseries pages are not allowing directors to be added because supposedly they are "already there". For instance, Big Little Lies and Sharp Objects, both directed by Jean-Marc Vallee, don't accept his name as director, because it is understood to be there already, but they are not at all shown at all on the page here on TMDb nor on Letterboxd, for instance. Whereas a miniseries such as Wild Wild Country not only has the name of the directors but also present them on Letterboxd too.
Is there anything that can be done to solve this? Is it a known issue?

Directors and writers for television episodes are added to the episode level. Typically, the director and writer will change from episode to episode, but even if a director/writer works on every episode, the preference is on the episode level, otherwise the crew for the episode will be empty. Jean-Marc Vallee is added as director on the episode level, which is reflected on the cast and crew page.
