For a tech person, does it get better after the 1st episode?

So this is the second time I tried watching this show but for an IT tech/security guy like myself I couldn't help but cringe and facepalm at most of the stuff this show tries to present as what goes on in the tech world. I mean it wasn't as bad as e.g. this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u8qgehH3kEQ
But, does it get better after the first episode?
