When Gemma was talking to Eva Stone she asked her if she had ever considered having a family - yet she knew perfectly well that Eva was "heavily pregnant" when she was investigating the case and must have known the outcome of that yet she made no mention of it. I found the constant time shifts very confusing - there were simply too many of them.
