Is This Show Returning or Has it Been Cancelled?

I only ask because The Blacklist is returning this upcoming Thursday and this usually means How to Get Away With Murder comes back too, but I've checked my guide on my T.V. and nothing. I'm hoping it comes back because there are so many questions left to be answered. However, I'm also wondering if the ratings fell this season (I don't know as I never pay attention to that stuff, but I'm curious because I don't think this season was as good as previous seasons).

I'm pleased to report that the series is definitely renewed for another season. It was officially renewed on Feb. 10th.
I suspect it'll be quite some time before Season 4 actually airs though, so probably not till starting multiple months from now.
