Frankly, I used to love the ever-livin' shit out of this show. It was balls-out funny each week and interesting to boot.
Now, it's just "whine whine TRUMP!" all the time. I have quit entirely and I'll no longer be tuning in. EVERYONE is bashing Trump. Constantly. All the time. I wish John would return to pretty much ANY other topic than Trump. It's completely dull and overdone by now.

Well, you'll be glad. I just watched the season finale of Last Week tonight with John Oliver on Hotstar and guess what, it was about Trump! Again! I admire John Oliver but he surely needs to let go off Trump now. As it's said in 'The Dark Knight' "You either die a hero. Or live long enough to see yourself become the villain!"

That doesn't make me glad. I wanted the show to get back to what it was good at, sounds like he's on the same hate train. I.e. I am bereft still..

I think has gotten a lot worse since 2017. Hes gone mad in 2020.

I haven't watched his show in years but I'll make an exception the first show after the election if Trump wins.
