I think he gets killed off at some point, he seems to be in deep with Gus and is basically a Pawn and I am guessing that Hector eventually finds out what he did and has him killed off or he flees town, basically in season 3 Nacho is stuck between Criminal enterprises and I don't think it ends well for him.

I don't have that sense. Generally speaking, when they keep a character around after being shot, it means they'll stay around.

I like Nacho. Sometimes, you don't want people killed even if they have been bad. I have a soft spot for him.
