I must say, what he did was the most decent, kind and loving thing anyone could have done considering how Nora has acted towards him in the past. I really felt for him keeping up appearances to let Nora slowly ease into the situation. I could see it in his eyes that all he wanted was to take her in his arms, tell her everything, ask questions.
I'm glad they got together in the end but I hope she appreciates him more after The End.

I agree.
I think Nora had learned to accept her sins (constantly screwing over Kevin and thinking her loss was always greater than those of others) of the past ("sins of people's past"-what the beads the goat was wearing represented and she put them on thus "owning her sins") I'm just glad it ended with Kevin alive...and happy.
The birds returning- her knowing peace from the acceptance of her sins.
: yawn:
No big reveal/questions answered/firework ending. Just ...The End.

Loved ending also. As perfect as could be.

The parts with the goat and the pigeons, Kevin surviving yet again, him finding her, felt really biblical to me, even universal. The whole show has been a mishmash of different kinds of faith so no big surprise there. I'm not going to discuss my whole theory here but it sort of ended with a win for the big guy upstairs. And no I'm not a believer myself.

Yes, that's a good way to look at it.
It certainly was.
