I'm remembering an episode where Sully (Sullivan) is searching an apartment and finds a girl tied up, that it seems like nobody knew about, so it's basically pure luck that she was found. They were looking in through windows trying to see if a suspect from some other case was inside, or something. But in a google search, all that comes up is the episode "Sunny, Like Sunshine" (season 1, episode 6) where the kidnapper is there and stuff.

Maybe that's the episode and I just remembered it wrong, but does anyone else remember another episode where Sully finds someone like that?
