Her constant lying and selfishness gets to me. (Maybe it's because I have a stepchild who has the same behaviors.) Barry is plucky and Adam is nerdy. I don't see a ton of redeeming qualities from Erica though. Anyone else?

It seems that those very "Erica" qualities came to a head in last night's episode (Major League). Perhaps the writers were exagerrating her character traits to use this episode as climax in a lenghty story arc. But, I still don't foresee any permanent changes taking place for her in the near term.
I stopped watching part way through the first season. I couldn't stand to listen to 'Adam' speak. His midwestern 'accent' is too over the top & really annoying. The show as a whole is entertaining I suppose but I can't get past that kid's voice.
I stopped watching at some point during the third or so season, by which time the original glow had worn off the funniness (and off the show overall). I do still love Wendi McLendon-Covey. She's hilarious.
For bratface and genplant29, do you usually view threads of shows you don't watch anymore? For real, no sarcasm. Years ago, I used to do that with Weeds, only because I stopped watching the show but still wanted to know the story arcs. I did with True Blood for about a month but that show became, what's the word I'm looking for, campy? Kitchy? Back when IMBD.com had discussions. I miss them just because of the volume of people who would write in.
Hi, marsh. I like to glance through threads on the TMDb Movie/TV/Celebrity latest-posts lists that are about titles or actors/actresses, etc. I have some familiarity with or curiosity about, or when a Subject line (can be regarding anything) catches my eye. It can be interesting.
Yep: I, too, definitely miss the IMDb boards. On TMDb, with there not being all that many active posters, and usually threads tending to be about the same movies, shows, or celebrities over and over, it's nice when a thread, like this one, about something I'm actually familiar with and have, or have had, some interest in turns up.
PS: When this show began, I was originally a fan of Erica. As time passed though, the character became increasingly unpleasant and hard to like.
I noticed that too, it seems to be weirdly about General Hospital a lot. So yes. Maybe we could make one about how awesome Wendi is. I loooooove Wendi from back in Reno 911 days. I was even happy to see her in the Hillshire Farms commercials because that meant she was getting work. I loved Reno 911. Reboot of Reno 911? I'd take it.
Yay for being online on a Saturday night! Haha. Actually my hubby & I just went to Green Book and I enjoyed it so I wanted to see comments. Someone said it looked good, back in August. Missing imbd again right about now. The trivia & goofs are now my favorite part, and it's really neat to see trivia on that movie because of the history behind it.
I never post on the MovieChat or film|boards sites, but glance through their archived IMDb boards about movies/shows/celebrities I want to be able to see the past discussions about (since way too often there's no, or not much, discussion about the same titles or people here). It's like time stood still, for being able to discuss certain things, after mid-February 2017. Such a shame.
I still go on IMDb (and/or Wikipedia) all the time for information or user reviews.

I just added a PS (about Erica) to what I wrote above, while you were typing.
