Who plays Rod and who plays Todd ?

Nancy Cartwright is credited for voicing Todd and Pamela Hayden for Rod but Rod sounds a bit like Ralph while he sounds nothing like Hayden's other characters or like her voice at all. I remember an interview with Nancy where she said she wasn't sure if she was Rod or Todd. Todd also sounds like he could be voiced by Hayden.
