Would you be friends with Larry?

At least in the show-- Larry seems like a good friend, I mean he has life-long friends in the show. But sometimes he gets caught on little things. "Heaven!" Would you be friends with Larry?

Yes, I would. He is honest and funny, and the "little things he gets caught on" are only because he is honest to a fault and other people can't handle the truth.
BTW- I love Ted Dansen's role on CYE too and he looks younger there than he does on The Good Place.

Yes I love Larry David and would defo be friends with him. He is honest and funny. I love the situations he gets himself in.

Got to say I warmed up to Susie when she went along with pretending to be Larry's wife at the ski ranch. That was so funny. Also when he drove that car with the passenger seat that vibrated. I couldn't breath as I was laughing so hard when Susie sat in that seat. Larry's disgusted face was a classic.

Ha, you're not wrong - and now that I think about it I don't think they've done a Leon Vs Susie swear-off yet! Surely must be on the cards...

I just rewatched that episode the other night - my god that car seat thing was hilarious 😂 maybe Curb going a bit Seinfeld season 9 but I think that's no bad thing...
Also loved the Bill Buckner "catch" redemption.
