One Minute to Midnight & Double Jeopardy issues (available in Season 4 and Season 5)

Hi, These two episodes are present in season 4 and season 5. I know these two episodes are in season 5 in US but in season 4 for other regions. If we keep that way it means some actors are more episodes appearances. How we can handle that case ?

This is a bit of an issue, as the show originally aired in the UK, and all English language releases for home video (VHS,DVD,etc) use the original UK airing order, in which the episodes Double Jeopardy and One Minute to Midnight day are season 4 episode 19 and 22 respectively.
