Extra Details: As visible in the following newspapers snippets from the day of the original broadcast (February 25, 1988), "Smiles We Left Behind" was originally broadcasted as a single double-length episode:

Note : I have been in the obligation to remove the English overview of this episode. Each part were already at the 1000 characters limit and they were truncated in the middle of a word. So, I wasn't able to merge the 2 parts.
A few others overview had to be removed for the same length reason.
