Captain Hook - why no jazzy clothes?

Hello my friends! My brother Bobby is loving the show for some reason (probably the ladies - BOBBY! ha) but I is noticing when I watching that Captain Hook is no getting any fancy new clothes in town.
He always wearing same sweaty leather Captain Sparrow look. Why this? Every else getting new clothes but him no ever. Why no?

Maybe he feels more comfortable in the lether jacket?
