I am watching the last season of Haven now. I guess I should check out Eureka. Thanks for the heads up.
I just finished the last season and I'm sad. I really liked this show.
And yes, definitely check out Eureka. It's a bit geeky but a lot of fun. I was sad when it ended too. :)
by the way, did anyone else think Dave acted like a little girl about half the time?
His character was too nervous, excitable, talkative, etc. Like when Nathan found out the Chief wasn't his real father, Dave couldn't stop hovering around Nathan, peppering him with questions about his feelings, pestering him to talk about how it made him feel, etc.
They had a bunch of "gas leaks" in Haven, eh? They even poked fun at themselves over this a few times, like when that Ghost hunting crew came to town and mentioned it.
And the cops were pretty dumb also. When Duke's eyes let all those black tear troubles fly into town and things went crazy, Dwight finally revealed the truth to the whole police force. Somehow they had all been oblivious to the troubles until then.
The cops all viewed the troubled people as "them", as in "he's one of them", and treated them as criminals. One cop found a guy with an earthquake trouble and arrested him and brought him back to the station. He told Dwight "he was making things shake". Dwight said "and you brought him here?" just before the station began to shake apart. LOL
I am rewatching the series. Regular TV doesn't appeal to me so I rehash the older shows I like.
