Do you have official proofs that these episodes were broadcasted as a single double-length episode ?

Yes, IMDB and TVDB listed them as such:
If you need more proof the intros of each episode doesnt indicate that they are divided in two parts:
In addition if you search for the episodes there isnt any clue that they are divided in two parts, in fact HBOMax has them as a single episode.

IMDB and TVDB aren't official sources.
We need proof about the original broadcast, not the current ones.

You have a problem then, because you listed a similar episode as a single part instead of two, that episode is the S03E04, Terror Tales of the Park, that has a similar runtime to the ones mentioned above.
Unfortunaley I dont have official proof about the original broadcast, the only airing proof of the original is from unofficial sources so it will stay like this.

We are searching data from the original broadcast. They are not necessary set on the DVD the same way that they were originally broadcasted.

Where's the proof they were split? This isn't one of those 22 minute shows with 2 segments like Adventure Time, and episodes didn't air back-to-back either, there was only one on in a day. And why would the Halloween episodes that have 3 stories be split into two parts?

Now I will say that on the DVD all the VOB files are 11 minute long segments, BUT there is only one title card/segment and credits segment for Exit 9B, Terror Tales of the Park (this one is an exception because each story has it's own title and credits segments), and the Christmas Special. If I rip the entire DVD and then concat the files with ffmpeg there is no second title segment that would delineate a "new" episode for the episodes in question.
I think this rule on proof needs to also be discussed at a higher level. There are implications with being stubborn like this in that it is messing up my Plex Media Library as TMDB is the official/default metadata source for TV Shows with the other option being TVDB.
