Episode "Kim Kelly Is My Friend" is actually episode 4, not episode 16.

It turns out there are multiple episode numbering issues, not just the "Kim Kelly Is My Friend" episode. Please consult with the links I provided above to fix the episode numbers, and ignore the comment I made previously about incrementing currently marked as episodes 4-15 by one.
