Paramount+ lists the episode with the segment titles reversed. "Refuse Service" is the first segment of the episode. If the episodes should be listed by which segment was first, rather than how Paramount+ listed the titles, the episode numbers should just be swapped instead of changing the translations and re-uploading the image.

So it's titled on Paramount+ as "Downward Dumbass/Refuse Service" but the segments are reversed and play "Refuse Service/Downward Dumbass?"
If that's the case, then yes; episode 20 should be Refuse Service and 21 should be Downward Dumbass since that's the order the segments aired in.
The image has been added to both segments but I'm assuming it belongs to Refuse Service, correct?
