First of all I advise you to go here when I have to look for italian series until 1995. For me it is an easier site to use.
It's true there's no official proof, but maybe the April 3rd, when they postponed "Le fidanzate di Lucky Luke", they broadcasted "Chi è Mr. Joseph?". On the other hand they printed the magazine yet and after they decided to make the change.
I look for all the weeks, also after May 22nd, but there is no trace of that episode.
Anyway if I found some other proofs I'll write here.

Thank you.
This is a possibility.
This is the date listed by Episodium, IMDB and English Wikipedia, but taking in account that some of the other dates they list are wrong, I can't use these sites as a proof.
I was hoping that, with your knowledge of the language, you would eventually have been able to find an article that explain what happen on April 3.

Found it!!!
Here you can see a snippet taken from adnkronos official site. Adnkronos is an italian agency which deals, among other things, with television programmes on italian TV and it has a huge free archive.
The article is dated 2 April 1992 and says (translated from italian the upper part):
"Rome, April 2 (adnkronos) - The third episode of Terence Hill and the adventures of Lucky Luke will air tomorrow at 8:30 p.m. on Canale 5. Directed by Richard Schlesinger, the episode "Who is Mr. Josephs?" tells the story of the ups and downs of a land long disputed by farmers and cattle ranchers. Lucky Luke, sheriff of Daisy Town, isn't too worried until he discovers that a certain Mr. Josephs wants to sell barrels of gunpowder to both contenders."
Here the link to the official italian adnkronos page if it can be useful to you too.
