That was the order given in the initial press release.

I've checked with 3 different accounts, the order was the following: Black, Yellow, Green, Blue, Orange, Violet, Red, Pink, and White. Note that Orange is 5th, and Violet is 6th. However, you have Violet as 5th and Orange as 6th. Do Netflix shows different order of episodes for different users, or that's just a mistake?

Some shows do. The first volume of Love, Death & Robots had different orders for different users and this one does as well:

The crime anthology consists of eight episodes named after different colors, but you won’t be watching them in chronological order. Viewers will watch the first seven episodes in a different order, but everyone will arrive at the same finale to witness the heist go down.

While logged in, I see Black, Yellow, Green, Orange, Violet, Blue, Red, Pink, and White. But while logged out, I am seeing your order of Black, Yellow, Green, Blue, Orange, Violet, Red, Pink, and White.

I assuming the order shown while logged out would be the "default" order since there would be no personalization so I switched the episodes around and fixed any mismatched translations.
