Why this mess with the episodes ?

Netflix shows 9 episodes but the first one is 1 minute long ! Wikipedia shows 8 episodes. Here we have 8 episodes but the first one is normal 52 minutes.
So what is going on ?

I'm not exactly sure what the "Black" episode is since it's so short but this entry currently has all nine episodes that are available on Netflix.
