This show has two episode groups that are identical and I don't think they should be. Both groups - Intended Order (Absolute) and DVD Order (DVD) - contain 14 Episodes and 9 Specials. The Intended Order (Absolute) group shouldn't list the specials since they were/are never broadcast. That should just show the 14 episodes that were made in the correct order.
