There are a lot of intelligent people on this show. The combined IQ of the gang - Sheldon, Leonard, Howard, Raj, Penny, Bernadette and Amy - is about 1135. So by observing them and the others, you can become smarter. 
Here are some examples (if you have any doubt about their qualifications): 
Sheldon thinks he is omniscient. Well, he can teach physics. ⚛
• Sheldon teaches Penny Physics.
Penny is an actress. 🎭
• Penny teaches Sheldon how to act.
Raj is exotic and mysterious, a master at the art of flirting. 
• Altair and Vega.
What can we learn?
1) Mango salsa gives a little zing to your food.
2) You can find cute clothes in the clothes bin.
3) All you need to clone someone is a healthy ovum and a sample of his or her DNA.

People put up all kinds of crap out here...…a lot of it having nothing to do with the discussion at hand...no problem!
Yet, when I put up a relevant, not to mention eloquent, thoughtful, and well-written comment, it's gone-gone-gone! What's up with that!?

Here (US) it’s rated TV-14. But, I see that the designated rating varies quite a bit (up-to-and-including-being-banned) depending on where in the world it's being broadcast.
Having seen that—truth is—I’m feeling better about it already.
