Please keep in mind this only my opinion. I think that Khaleesi/Mother of Dragons is going to light 'em up. Her remaining dragon will rain fire down on King's Landing making everyone instant BBQ. The "Hound" will wind up doing battle with his brother "The Mountain". Meanwhile Queen Cerci is going out in a blaze of glory. But not before throwing a massive sex orgy the likes of which will make Caliguia look tame. King's Landing will look like London after the blitzkrieg. Then the screen will slowly fade to black as "Raines of Castemere " (The special extended mix) plays over the credits. Oh and all the while Bran/The Three Eyed Raven will simply gaze out from his wheelchair with that creepy smile.

Dany's evil brother, Viserys, was never in power. He was derisively referred to as The Beggar King. He attempted to get the Dothraki to support his bid to overthrow Robert Baratheon by basically selling Dany to Khal Drogo. He offended the Dothraki so he was killed by them in the "Golden Crown" episode.

Robert Baratheon, and then Geoffrey. Robert won the throne by usurping the mad king.
Robert had no interest in Dany's welfare. Any living Targaryens were a threat to him. He tried to have her assassinated.

In a monarchy the right to the throne is inherited. It can also be won in battle, ala Robert, or taken in a palace coup, ala Cersei.
Geoffrey would still legally be Robert's son. They could not prove that he wasn't Robert's biological son.
Your guess is as good as mine on the Bran thing.

The Bran thing is really strange; why would anyone support him? If he can't, as he says, be Lord of Anything, how could he be king?

Ned Stark and the previous Hand of the King, Jon Arryn, both studied old birth records and came to the conclusion that Robert was not the father of Cercei's children. I don't know if that would cut it in a Westeros court of law, lol. Really what matters is whether the King is believed by the people to be the true King. When a monarch loses that support, something will happen to overthrow them eventually.
I definitely cannot see Bran in any kind of leadership role. I don't think that he does either. If that is the way it goes I will be very disappointed.

I agree, that is a big stretch and would be a very unsatisfying ending.
