Nobody needed a crystal ball to know these two women wouldn't like each other, but both of them have the same tragic flaw, arrogance. Daenerys expects every person she encounters to fall at her feet and worship the ground she walks on without earning anyone's trust or respect. Sansa is equally arrogant. She is very slow to listen to dissenting opinions and doesn't know when to trust others.

One of the most over-looked qualities of a leader is knowing when to be the sole decision maker and when to let people around you guide you. This is why Presidents have cabinets, Kings and Queens have have councils and top attorney's have firms. I don't think they will respect each other until one saves the other's life in the battle against the dead.
