I think it's very possible but my suspension of disbelief can't help me accept that Arya Is not only sure handed enough to carve faces off cadavers, but she can also perfectly mimic the person's mannerisms ,speech, accents and height.

Not one of the Frays noticed that Walder Fray got shorter? No one in King's Landing will see that Little finger got an entire foot and a half shorter? Yeah ok.

My interpretation was that the faces had magic powers that enabled the wearer to do a general impersonation -- size, voice, etc -- and that Arya knew how to do this with new faces like Walter Frey's.
