There are 44 total episodes with similar themes for most of them. Can you narrow it down a bit more? Was it in the first season? Did you see it on its first run or as a rerun?

Well there was only one season shown here. There's another scene where an I.N.S. Agent visited the man about his wife, and then the wife tried to hurt herself. The man stopped her and afterwards the I.N.S. Agent said that he would not be bothering him again. Later we see the man playing with a human face which was like made out of clay and he was running his fingers over the eyes of the face.
