This is due to how Amazon normally releases new movies and TV shows; new movies and TV shows are usually released on the advertised date at 00:00 GMT, making it the night of the previous day in the US. In these cases the actual release date is used instead of the advertised date. But Amazon has been releasing more and more US-based movies and TV shows at 3:00 AM ET instead and they now even list the exact release date and time directly on the page, like this.

If this does happen with this TV show, and the July 31 date has not been updated, feel free to reply with a screenshot or archive of the page showing the correct date. But please do this before the show premieres as the release date and time on the page disappears once an episode is released.
