Loved this show as a kid

This 1947-1957 series was in rerun, and already looking obviously from the past, by the time I was watching it during childhood. I loved the show and its host Fran and the various hand-puppet characters.

I remember the original 1947-1957 series (during which Fran always had dark hair), as well as the '60s and onward re-appearances of Kukla, Fran and Ollie, by which time Fran had blonde hair. The 1960s onward were definitely less clunky than were the original series' episodes. If I'm not mistaken, all appearances with blonde Fran are from subsequent to the original series.
It was during the '60s (decade I was born at beginning of) that I mainly watched the show, though no doubt also was at least sometimes catching continuing reruns during the early '70s.
