Hi, I'm building an app that would call TMDB API.

1. I just wish to confirm as there has been changes in rate limit: is the API's published rate limit per IP (app user, basically) or is this per API key?

2. ToS forbids me building a cache longer than 6 months. Is it okay if I have a long term cache (DB) but it every six months?

3. A caching layer, which is recommended for high volume uses, will require initial build up and subsequent refreshes, which may by itself go over the rate limit. Is there a recommended way of building/refreshing cache?

4. Should I aggressively cache image download? (Is there a rate limit on poster images?)
