Hi,

Is there a way to get a list of all publicly available lists? We can access the details of a public list, given its id but it would be great to have an API that provides all public lists. Our apps can then provide a feature to their users to bookmark those they are interested to keep an eye on.

No.

There are plans to add this feature.
It's already on Trello's To-Do list.
There is no implementation deadline.
