I have already raised my disagreement in a conversation with TMDB Support, but after a week, I have not received any response, so I am expressing it again here.

I created this entry to enable scraping in TV series format. The original entries consist of 161 fragmented listings, none of which explicitly identifies them as The Tom and Jerry, leading to confusion in movie scraping.

It’s important to note that all subsequent Tom and Jerry 7-minute shorts—including post-1970 versions and those after 2000—are listed under TV series format. Therefore, considering this consistency, the 1940s version of Tom and Jerry would be more organized and appropriate as a TV series entry.
