Background didn’t go to Letterboxd

Hi, i’ve submitted 3 films with backgrounds and they’ve all gone to letterboxd, but the backgrounds haven’t. i’ve fixed quality a few times and still nothing.

These movies doesn't have a professional release and, consequently, aren't allowed on TMDB.

i’ve never added a film and i didn’t know what to do, are you able to put them back? i’ll fix them however i can.

do you have any tips on how to properly release it? i worked so hard on my films and don’t want them to just be shot down like this
