Dune: Part Two shows it's available on Apple TV.
But there is also an Apple TV +.
I thought Apple TV is a device, and Apple TV + is a streaming service.

It seems that you're talking about JustWatch's streaming data. My personal guess is that they're trying to avoid using "+" in the names since I've notice other streaming services uses "Plus" instead of "+". But it's always better to ask the source: https://www.justwatch.com
