Question regarding crew credit

Hi,
I am trying to credit David Scinto and Louis Mellis as the original writers of the play Gangster No. 1, which the film Gangster No. 1 is based on. They are credited as both the writers of the play and writers of the screenplay used in the film. Should they both be credited with both Original story and screenplay?

With question like this, it helps to show a screenshot of the relevant credits, or to at least tell us exactly how they are credited in the film.
If the credits are something along the line of:
Then you would credit them on TMDb with both "Screenplay" and "Theatre Play".
