Why don't my reviews ever show up?

I have written 3 or 4 reviews a few days ago and they never show up.
Why doesn't tmbd send me acknowledgement that they received my review?

And now no one replies to my help request. Is this tmdb an actual company with employees?

I'll try to catch up on reviews this week. It's been kind of nuts for the past month or so.
