Hi all,

I have worked with a graphic designer to create a film poster for my short film. She is very skilled and experienced and has provided four versions of our poster that fall within the guidelines TMDB require but NONE have uploaded.

Though the poster is a jpeg and meet the requirements below I am repeatedly receiving an error message saying the file size is too large.

A maximum resolution of 2000x3000 A minimum resolution of 500x750 Aspect ratio of 1:1.5 (2:3)

I am genuinely lost for words at how time consuming this process is. We have scoured Reddit posts and are convinced our poster is sufficient for TMDB requirements.

Anyone else have an insight into what we could have missed?
