Why doesn't "append_to_response=changes" work for "Season"?

Hello, I'd like to know why, when I fetch the request: https://api.themoviedb.org/3/tv/100088/season/2?append_to_response=changes

The append_to_response is not applied? It doesn't display the list of changes.
