When I try to get the movie providers for Macedonia (i.e. I type in 'mk' as the watch provider on the 'https://api.themoviedb.org/3/watch/providers/movie' endpoint) I get an empty results array.
The tv providers endpoint works properly when I type in 'mk'.

I just tested it and it seems to have responded correctly.
