API Key - Create Developer
Go to this page in your profile.
https://www.themoviedb.org/settings/api
Click on the "Create" menu or below on Request an API Key "click here"
Click YES, it is for personal use.
It is the Developer plan, with no monthly fee.
This is the category used by developers, teachers, students, collectors, etc...
