How to add a new season to a locked episode

Please don't do that, because it will violate the rules.

TMDb currently does not support alternative versions. It should indeed not be done as it against the rules and would create extra work for moderators. I would recommend taking a look at the Contribution Bible before making any big changes: https://www.themoviedb.org/bible
