The Movie Database Support

The API is returning broken images.

Even the image provided in the API doc as an example isn't loading: https://image.tmdb.org/t/p/w500/1E5baAaEse26fej7uHcjOgEE2t2.jpg

Anyone else experiencing this?

broken again.

¡Se rompieron las imágenes nuevamente, como hace un par de semanas!

VEO QUE TE PASO LO MISMO QUE A MI, ESTO FUE RECIEN LA PERDICION DE IMAGENES :(

I'm seeing some problems as well. What I'm observing is that when making multiple simultaneous requests to image.tmdb.org, only 3-5 of them are successful. The rest receive a 429.

Side note: @Alan_8898 maybe calm down.

I have exactly the same problem in my web site...

Yes images like for example https://image.tmdb.org/t/p/w780/589hnB5sw32ucWRFqc6PkkkzhRu.jpg return 502 error code... some load, others don't.

Same here just happened today tought i messed something up XD at least i am glad i don't have to fix it and it will probably be fixed in a couple of hours or days.

TMDB doesn't report any issues - but there's some sort of CDN issue happening.

Yup, we had an issue with our origin servers being overloaded. I've been working on it for the past few hours and believe I got it fixed as of ~10 minutes ago.

Gracias, todo funciona normal!

I don't know if it's related, but I am using Media Companion with the API from TMDB. The last few days it gives the errors "No fanart was found at www.themoviedb.org for this movie" and "No posters were found for this movie". It happens with ALL movies. I waited a few days, but the error persists.

Hi @fredco,

That error is not a TMDB error so we have no way of knowing what’s actually going on. You’ll probably be best to contact the developer of the app you’re using to get some proper troubleshooting.

With regards to TMDB though, there are no known issues at this time.

Thanks. I will contact Media Companion.
