How to add a photo to the profile of Sveva Platti?

Hello, I would like to add a photo to the profile of Sveva Platti on TMDB (https://www.themoviedb.org/person/4282294-sveva-platti). However, I can't find an option to upload an image. I am logged in with my account but I can't see the button to upload the photo. Is there a special permission level required to add photos, or is there another way to do it? You need to click on the + sign on that page with a computer (this doesn't work with a smartphone).

Hi, Thank you for your response, but unfortunately, the issue persists. I have already tried uploading the profile photo from a computer, but I still don't see the option to add the image (the "+" sign is not appearing). Is there another reason why I don't see the upload option?

Hi @Francescazoppi, we do not support uploading images on mobile. You have to be on a desktop. I suspect that's the issue.

Thank you for your reply. However, I am already using a desktop computer, not a mobile device. Despite this, I still don’t see the "+" button to upload an image on the profile page. Could you please clarify if there are any specific requirements or permissions needed to enable this option?

Thank you for the screenshot. However, when I check the profile page, I only see this: https://www.themoviedb.org/person/4282294-sveva-platti/changes. The "+" button to upload an image does not appear.

On top of that page, you click on the "Media" menu and choose "Profile".
