Application Details Not Reflecting in Commercial API Upgrade

I recently updated my application details (name and description) in the API Details section of my account. However, when accessing the Commercial API upgrade page, I notice that these updates are not being reflected - the page still shows my previous application name and description.
I would like to proceed with upgrading to the Commercial API, but I want to ensure that my application is properly represented with its current information during the upgrade process.

Hi @applejackerz,
You can update the details in the subscribe form. The details there and in the "API Details" page are separate records in the database.

@travisbell , I can't update the application name, application URL, type of use, or application summary in the subscriber form. They are all grayed out. Could you please help here?

Just to make sure we're talking about the same page, you're saying the form details here, are greyed out?

Looking on my page, I can confirm that the 4 top fields are greyed out.
