Does changes API have limitation?

I am fetching changes details for movies and tv series, but I end up with a warning.

" io.grpc.netty.shaded.io.grpc.netty.NettyClientHandler$2 onGoAwayReceived WARNING: Received GOAWAY with ENHANCE_YOUR_CALM. Debug data: too_many_pings io.grpc.internal.AtomicBackoff$State backoff WARNING: Increased keepalive time nanos to 60,000,000,000 UNAVAILABLE: Too many pings"

And this warning occurs when fetching many ids provided by (changes id list API MOVIE/TV). i.e. after getting details for 1000 - 1100 movie ids that have changes.

Does the changes details API have limits, or I am giving too many pings or any other issue?

I am not an expert on this subject.
I can only tell you what I know about it.

API Request Limits
First we have this information in the instructions for using the TMDb API.
https://developer.themoviedb.org/docs/rate-limiting

And Travis Bell, the Administrator, has already given us this explanation.

For API Requests:

One of our CDN providers enforces some base level rate limiting to help prevent DDOS attacks.
I believe it's a maximum of:
50 requests per second and
20 connections per IP.

For Images:

For image.tmdb.org the only thing we limit is the max number of simultaneous connections.
The limit is the same, 20.

Is there really no API Rate Limiting?

The original rate limiting (40 requests every 10 seconds) has indeed been been disabled since December 2019.
There are some higher overall limits that still exists to help mitigate different attacks and the like.
I believe they sit around the 50 request per second range.
